Deposits: A deposit of 50% is required to book a party. There is a $75* cancellation fee if you cancel for any reason. If you cancel the party with less than 10 days notice prior to the party, we will work with you to find another date and time to host the party or you will forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling your party and canceling at a later date will cause a forfeit of the full deposit. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party. Facility closure: If weather, acts of God, orders of the State or Federal government, or any reason that is out of our control that causes this facility to close, your party will be rescheduled. Refunds under these conditions will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and will be given at the sole discretion of the management of FearLess.
