Party & Event Hosts
SUMMARY:
– Party & Event Hosts will assists the Event Coordinator or Team Lead with all event tasks.
– Party & Event Hosts will focus on hospitality to ensure that our adventurers are accommodated and having a good time and a great experience.
– Party & Event Hosts must have the ability to trouble shoot any problems that may arise and be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
– Party & Event Hosts should be able to communicate effectively, be organized, have endurance, initiative, and be knowledgeable about the park.
– Party & Event Hosts will assist other team members when and were needed.
– Party & Event Host Team Members will participate in ensuring the park is kept safe and clean.
TASKS include but are not limited to:
– Set up of party rooms
– Cleanup of party rooms
– Greeting party adventurers
– Clearly dictating the rules of the park prior to play
– Reviewing the party accommodations with the adult responsible for booking the party to ensure a successful party
– Set up of event food and beverages
– Assist with any other various event day tasks
DRESS CODE:
– Staff Shirt
– Black Pants
– Hair tied back
– No dangly jewelry
-Tennis shoes or Fearless socks when on the floor
GOAL: The goal of a Party & Event Host is to ensure a smooth and personalized event or party for each adventurer. We encourage athletic minded and coachable individuals to apply due to the physical nature of our business, but do not require it as all team members are required to perform to equal levels or greater.It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Staff Member
SUMMARY:
– Staff member must be positively engaged and interact with staff members to help them to reach their next goal.
– Staff members are energetic, enthusiastic, athletic, empathetic, coachable, understanding of different skill sets and willing to help where needed.
– Staff members will demonstrate proper form and techniques to adventurers, as well as coach them through any difficulties they may be experiencing.
– Staff members will always strive to keep adventurers safe while encouraging them to step outside of their comfort zones and take new risks.
-Staff members should be able to demonstrate quick thinking and should be able to work well under pressure.
– Staff members will work with all ages and skill sets in a variety of ways.
– Staff member’s will participate in ensuring the park is kept safe and clean.
TASKS include but are not limited to:
– On going training to assist with coaching techniques
– Speaking clearly and effectively to participants while working together
– Ensure the safety of all participants to the best of your ability
– Clearly dictating the rules of each area as needed prior to play
– Maintain proper visuals in your designated area at all time
– Assist with any opening and/or closing duties
– Assist with any other various event day tasks
DRESS CODE:
– Staff Shirt
– Black Athletic Pants
– Hair tied back
– No dangly jewelry, necklaces or metal rings
– Fearless socks when on the floor
