Party & Event Hosts

SUMMARY:
– Party & Event Hosts will assists the Event Coordinator or Team Lead with all event tasks.
– Party & Event Hosts will focus on hospitality to ensure that our adventurers are accommodated and having a good time and a great experience.
– Party & Event Hosts must have the ability to trouble shoot any problems that may arise and be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
– Party & Event Hosts should be able to communicate effectively, be organized, have endurance, initiative, and be knowledgeable about the park.
– Party & Event Hosts will assist other team members when and were needed.
– Party & Event Host Team Members will participate in ensuring the park is kept safe and clean.

TASKS include but are not limited to:
– Set up of party rooms
– Cleanup of party rooms
– Greeting party adventurers
– Clearly dictating the rules of the park prior to play
– Reviewing the party accommodations with the adult responsible for booking the party to ensure a successful party
– Set up of event food and beverages
– Assist with any other various event day tasks

DRESS CODE:
– Staff Shirt
– Black Pants
– Hair tied back
– No dangly jewelry
-Tennis shoes or Fearless socks when on the floor

GOAL: The goal of a Party & Event Host is to ensure a smooth and personalized event or party for each adventurer. We encourage athletic minded and coachable individuals to apply due to the physical nature of our business, but do not require it as all team members are required to perform to equal levels or greater.

Adventure Coaches

SUMMARY:
– Coaches must be positively engage and interact with adventurers to help them to reach their next goal.
– Coaches are energetic, enthusiastic, athletic, empathetic, coachable, understanding of different skill sets and willing to help where needed.
– Coaches will demonstrate proper form and techniques to adventurers as well as coach them through any difficulties they may be experiencing.
– Coaches will always strive to keep adventurers safe while encouraging them to step outside of their comfort zones and take new risks.
-Coaches should be able to demonstrate quick thinking and should be able to work well under pressure.
– Coaches will work with all ages and skill sets in a variety of ways.
– Coach’s will participate in ensuring the park is kept safe and clean.

TASKS include but are not limited to:
– On going training to assist with coaching techniques
– Speaking clearly and effectively to participants while coaching
– Ensure the safety of all participants to the best of your ability
– Clearly dictating the rules of each area as needed prior to play
– Maintain proper visuals in your designated area at all time
– Assist with any opening and/or closing duties
– Assist with any other various event day tasks

DRESS CODE:
– Staff Shirt
– Black Athletic Pants
– Hair tied back
– No dangly jewelry, necklaces or metal rings
– Fearless socks when on the floor

GOAL: The goal of an Adventure Coach is to positively engage and interact with adventurers while coaching them on proper techniques to ensure safety and to help them to reach their next goal. We encourage athletic minded and coachable individuals to apply due to the physical nature of our business, but do not require it as all team members are required to perform to equal levels or greater.

Food & Beverage Services Team Member

SUMMARY:
-Team Member handles food and beverages for adventurers and monitors eating area keeping the area clean.
– Team Members should be comfortable with handling money and with basic technology and POS systems.
-Team Members should be warm and welcoming, have good communication skills and be friendly to all adventurers.
-Team Members should be willing to serve and assist where needed and be able to answer any questions about the park.
– Team Members should be comfortable with making food and drinks and be able to keep a clean and safe workspace at all times.
– Team Members should be able to work well under pressure and should be able to multitask.
– Team Members will participate in ensuring the park is kept safe and clean.

TASKS include but are not limited to:
– Keeping a cleanly work space
– Handling money when participants make food purchases
– Handling & preparing food properly
– Speaking clearly and welcomingly to participants
– Assist with any opening and/or closing duties
– Assist with any other various event day tasks

DRESS CODE:
– Staff shirt
– Black pant or dark jeans with NO holes
– Hair tied back
– No dangly jewelry, necklaces or metal rings
– Tennis shoes

GOAL: The goal of a Food & Beverage Services Team Member is to provide a positive and cleanly atmosphere for our participants to relax and enjoy a snack or treat. We encourage athletic minded and coachable individuals to apply due to the physical nature of our business, but do not require it as all team members are required to perform to equal levels or greater.

Lobby & Adventurer Services Team Member

SUMMARY:
– Lobby & Adventurer Services Team Members are welcoming and enthusiastic
– Lobby & Adventurer Services Team Members are good communicators, comfortable with technology as well as answering phones, talking with adventurers.
– Lobby & Adventurer Services Team Members will register and check in adventurers upon arrival.
– Lobby & Adventurer Services Team Members will also handle waiver forms as well as distributing necessary items.
– Lobby & Adventurer Services Team Members will help to answer any questions adventurers may have about the park and help to navigate them to their best experience.
– Lobby & Adventurer Services Team Members work well under pressure and should be able to multitask.
– Lobby & Adventurer Services Team Members will participate in ensuring the park is kept safe and clean.

TASKS include but are not limited to:
– Keeping a cleanly work space
– Handling registration and check in processes
– Assist with answering any and all questions about the park
– Answering phone calls
– Speaking clearly and welcomingly to participants
– Assist with any opening and/or closing duties
– Assist with any other various event day tasks

– Staff shirt
– Black pant or dark jeans with NO holes
– Tennis shoes

GOAL: The goal of a Lobby & Adventurer Services Team Member is to provide a positive experience for our participants. Team members will help other team members when and where necessary to ensure the park standard is kept high. We encourage athletic minded and coachable individuals to apply due to the physical nature of our business, but do not require it as all team members are required to perform to equal levels or greater.
